Experience Acquired: Learned the Wilcom Digitizing system. Also learned how to work on and maintain the production machines. Do all the repairs on the machines. Took on production manager over embroidery June 2008.  Managed and maintained all embroidery operations. Developed a software program to track machine production output.

Experience Acquired: Learned Chenille digitizing and artwork. Also learned how to create designs using a combination of traditional embroidery and chenille.  Worked within a heavy production environment. Reconstructed major file system. Developed dependable automated twill process for multi-head machines.

Experience Acquired: Customer support for Melco embroidery machines and software. Working as a customer support tech. Helping people with problems on machines and software, trouble shooting and problem solving. Was involved in the Training department teaching classes on Melco EDS4 software and single head machines. Taught Basic, Editing and Digitizing for on site customers. Also worked in software sales.

Experience Acquired: Custom and stock design digitizing. Attended several seminars for supervisory skills. Supervised and trained all digitizers. Assisted in art work training. Learned extensive skills in repairing sewing machines and IBM style computers. Worked in Melco’s EDS2 and EDS3 software, Melco Digitracs, Melco bit pads, Melco EMC-10t’s, EMC-6’s, and Superstars. Worked in preparing an annual catalog.

Position: Machine Operator to Digitizer

 

Experience Acquired: Digitizing. Trained under Walter Floriani Jr. in Tehachapi, CA. Learned digitizing for production sewing, for 13 multi-head machines. Specialized in garments such as custom racing uniforms, both finished garments and pre-assembled. Worked on Tajima, Barudan, and Melco embroidery machines. Digitized with Melco EDS2 and a digitrac. Acquired basic working knowledge of the screen printing process.

Experience Acquired: Production embroidery on Tajima 12 head. Working with finished garments and pre-assembled pieces. The company specialized in camera and computer bags, etc.  

 Other Skills and Training:

 

Graduated from High School. Extensive studies in Word Processing, Computer Service and Repair,  Computer Programming, Web design and maintenance, E-Mail extracting and mass mailing, computer graphics, and various other computer skills.

 I Have certificates for classes taken for the following areas: Computer Repair, Supervising Skills, and How to Handle Difficult and Demanding Customers.

I have limited skills in screen printing. I have done some artwork, burning &  coating of screens, and printing on manual presses.

I also have many hobbies such as Airbrushing, Vinyl Cutting, Music, Inking, Black and White Photography developing, tattooing and pretty much anything else that is a hands on project.

My strongest and most dedicated skill is embroidery digitizing!
